In expressing the relationship between religion and politics, the late Imam Khomeini has underscored the inseparability of the religion and government, saying: "Islam is the government."What does Imam Khomeini (ra) mean by this statement? This is the central question of the present study which presents five possibilities in response to the foregoing question. Finally, using the analytical-inferential method, it validates the claim that the theory "Islam is the government" had gone through a developmental process in the Imam's thought.There is a similar evolutionary process in his theory of legal addresses (khiṭābāt). That is to say that the like of the theory of "Islam is the government" existed in brief and undeveloped form but it was developed later step by step. Hence, "Islam is the government" is the final and evolved theory of Imam Khomeini (ra) about the relationship between Islam and government, which emphasizes the idea of "unity and sameness of Islam and government". This idea can be inferred from the verses concerning the establishment of religion e.g. verse 13 of al-Shūra, verse 66 al-Māʾida and the verses that require absolute submission to the prophets.}, keywords = {Theory,Islam,government and Imam Khomeini}, title_fa = {تفسیری نو از نظریۀ «الاسلام هو الحکومة» و مستندات آن}, abstract_fa = {از جمله رویکردهای مهم و مطرح در زمینه نسبت دین و سیاست، دیدگاه امام خمینی1 است که با نگاهی جامع، فقیهانه و ژرف‏اندیشانه ارائه شده است. ایشان در بیان نسبت دین و سیاست، به تفکیک‌ناپذیری این دو از هم اشاره کرده و می‌فرمایند: «الإسلام هو الحکومة.»اینکه منظور امام1 از این تعبیر چیست؛ پرسش محوری تحقیق حاضر است. این مقاله در پاسخ به پرسش یاد شده، پنج احتمال را مطرح می‌نماید؛ و در نهایت، با روش تحلیلی ـ اجتهادی، بر این مدّعا صحّه می‌گذارد که نظریه «الإسلام هو الحکومة» فرآیندی تطوّری در اندیشه امام داشته است.نظیر این فرایند تکاملی در نظریه خطابات قانونی ایشان نیز وجود دارد؛ به این بیان که نظریۀ «الإسلام هو الحکومة» همانند این نظریه، ابتدا به صورت اجمالی بوده و سپس مرحله به مرحله، پرورش یافته است.بنابراین «الإسلام هو الحکومة»، نظریه نهایی و تکامل‌یافته امام1، پیرامون نسبت اسلام و حکومت است که بر ایده «وحدت و عینیت اسلام و حکومت» تأکید می‌ورزد. این ایده از آیات اقامه دین ـ یعنی 13 شوری و 66 مائده ـ و آیات اطاعت مطلق از انبیاء، قابل استنباط است.}, keywords_fa = {نظریه,اسلام,حکومت,امام خمینی}, url = {https://spj.markazfeqhi.com/article_701656.html}, eprint = {https://spj.markazfeqhi.com/article_701656_ad0f18f43adbb0776ab52a9ba4b1941d.pdf} }
